Honest question. What goes through your mind when you see a thin woman as opposed to when you see a fat woman

I don't pay attention to women's appearance unless there's something unusual about them. When I see abnormally fat or skinny woman I often think she has some kind of illness or hormonal disorder. But it also depends on the clothes she wears. When she looks anorexic and wears clearly fashionable clothes I assume she is anorexic. When she is fat and wears clothes so tight that you see folds of fat on her I think she should pick different clothes because it's not pleasant to look at her.
