@Peaceful Questioning people about why they feel immigration is bad? Is? Asking them if there is something going on within themselves they maybe want to know (I know is a surefire way to get blocked)

@SW-User immigration isn't bad when both sides don't use these people for political points. But they both do and so we are more divided than ever and those leaving horrific conditions are used as pawns. I don't know how any politician sleeps well at night.

@Peaceful I don't know. You're American right? In Canada, we need more people, and the media insipidly, as they need their ratings, makes that an issue here. I know it sounds arrogant to say, most people listen, but they do.

Canada could have the luxury of being a place to be, or found in. Yet many citizens reject newcomers when we need them to actually help our economy

@Peaceful I live in a province that's that's taking that statement (of yours) and trying to make it something.... I'm mostly urban but I suspect more people here get killed by moose than gun fire, immigrants, religious or political identities, and the anger for people living near you you don't understand is absurd here.
