So most bosses know how to compliment and sweet talk

I have found nearly all bosses or managers are idiots and have no people skills. They have their positions based upon the fact that no one else was handy to have the job. Or they carry some credentials. They are mostly stupid asshats. And I finally found a decent one. Took me 26 years, but I found a good manager. A good boss is genuine, cares about who works for him or her, and gets the job done too. Few people can do that and more. Few bosses are actually liked or respected I find in my career.
