I have run the gamut of making a fool of myself - from losing my skirt in Red Lobster parking lot through mistaking song lyrics for suicide threats here all the way to falling in love with the wrong person. As long as heavy machinery isn't involved, it's almost never fatal or even a matter for long-term concern. Eventually you will look back and smile - and tell the stories on yourself.

@SW-User An important thing to remember: no matter how accomplished I am at making a fool of myself, somebody has done it better, more dramatically. EIGHT men married Elizabeth Taylor! (Well, seven. Richard Burton married her twice.) I mean...numbers 6,7,8? "Liz and I are getting divorced..." .... "Noooooo!"
