Am I dumb because I dont drive?

I am terrified to drive, I have saved money to get my licence but procrastinating because of my fear. Lol help,im 27 going on 28 and everyone in my family nd bfs family much younger than me drive. Everytime we together my bfs family always pick on it and I hate it

Its not dumb but it is irrational. I'll probably get sht for this, try a driving simulator game. I do mean put some hours in, not just 'oh I can't do this silly thing'. Really learn how drive mentally. Pilots use simulators, astronauts use simulators, use a simulator, build your confidence.

this makes a lot of sense@SW-User A lot of people think it's easy - but then a lot of people are bad drivers.
I grew up with a family into motorbikes, and our philosophy was " when you're driving - you're a bullet and the road is the shooting range.

Driving takes us beyond our natural biological speeds - it IS unnatural !

@SW-User Not trying to shit on your idea...but I think it would be better to try it for real at first and if it seems uncomfortable after that then I think it's better to try simulators.

@argav83 I'm sorry to shit on your comment (don't mean to )- but speaking from the perpecrive of fear - familiarising yourself with as many aspects before hand is better. Otherwise you're inundated by stimuli, rules, controls etc. and it can be overwhelming.
