My smok alarm is cheep ing with no batteries.Can't find which one it is?

I hate that. Since ours were installed at the same time when I hear that irritating chirping we change all the batteries.

They must be hard wired into the electrical system then.

Yeah I have to change all of mine at once 😠

Oh mine does that all the time.

They have a compaciter in them so they can still chirp without batteries or electricity. If replacing the battery still makes it chirp, it's time to replace it.
