Where is the flood ?

they live around south west d.c. region. i'm in nova today and the warning's been posted so folks are shopping for WATER, bread, toilet paper, filling their gas tanks...
ever since portions of the area especially a couple weeks ago in ellicott city where it dumped 6" of rain in an hour and nearly washed away the city people are backing off and hunkering down... just in case.
and i hang around the alexandria region in VA and they flood if you sneeze too hard so, there it is for today.
