I don't think it's a fashion trend. But when i wear my onesie it's really freakin annoying that i pretty much have to take the whole thing off when i go to the bathroom.. it gets cold...

My wet suit.. sometimes I've taken it off and my swimsuit comes down with it. And I end up bearing all. 😀 eeeeeeeeek!
