Whenever people post a picture online i am always scanning the background of the pictures for anomalies...

anyone else do that ?

There are many ways to cover an anomaly of a pixelated image with the computer. Try to look in the eyes of each person in a photograph until you see the child. You should see what appears to be a streak of light that bends around the head from an ear To the other.
