What’s the worst and best thing about being male?

When women ignore you BECAUSE you're male, even if you're trying to tell them something very important for their own sake. I worked in emergency medicine. Sometimes we see clearly battered women who won't listen to medics who are men, even if we're sincerely trying to help. I understand it's a delicate situation, but I've seen it from the outside 100 times or more, and once from the inside.
