I hate it when customers call me by the name on my name tag.

It's downright creepy and annoying.

I think when I do it I'm trying to show that I'm being attentive. It's usually when they have made an effort to talk to me and I want to say thanks.

Or sometimes if they have been rude...

What would you prefer they call you?
