I think psychopaths should work as psychologists, they'll give the best advice. Don't you think?

I think there would be a real risk that they would give advice which is good for themselves and not for you, depending on their intentions. They could use and abuse you with no conscience.

@Wraithorn and they do just that manipulating people into situations where they can take advantage and swindle and do other terrible things.
SwanNual · 31-35, F
@Wraithorn Not all psychopaths are bad some are even decent, good and kind people. Who'd spent a lot of time and energy helping other people and giving advice and information about how to deal with personal issues. And I get to learn so much from them it's like the more I learn the more I wanna be like them.
SwanNual · 31-35, F
@cherokeepatti No, not always Athena in Quora is a great person.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@SwanNual I could write a book about the mean things my father did, swindled a farm and ruined livelihoods, broken hearts, etc.
SwanNual · 31-35, F
@cherokeepatti He might have been a narcissistic sociopath although uncommon or even just a narcissist. Psychopaths aren't as bad as what Robert D. Hare portray them to be. Some won't even give a shit about money, or cheating they are way more different than the usual stereotypes. You can't just cluster everyone into the same group.

Besides was he even diagnosed as a psychopath?

I don't like these generalization ideals, its not the whole truth.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@SwanNual he murdered, raped, stole things, etc. you name he probably did it...spent a couple of years as an outlaw in Mexico before he was 20 years old.
SwanNual · 31-35, F
@cherokeepatti I'm sorry I do not know.
cherokeepatti · 61-69, F
@SwanNual Well since I never spoke to any of his psychiatrists I don't know if they called him a psychopath...we called him "the maniac" when we were young.
