I totally get what you mean. I went to a Catholic prep where we wore uniforms. At the end of my sophomore year we went on a field trip to an exhibit held at a well known botanical garden park. It was a summer day and hot. Many of us, like most girls who wore uniforms raised the hems of our accordion pleated skirts to around mid-thigh by rolling up the waist band. We arrived around noon time with other buses of tourists and school kids. Due to the mix of cool air coming in from the ocean mixed with the hot inland air the wind became very gusty and in fact several mild 'wind devils' appeared. For a good half hour or so the strong winds made it impossible for anyone wearing a skirt or dress to keep her garment from flying up around her waist and higher. You can imagine what effect this had wearing a tiny pleated skirt, LOL. Anyway, the men and boys around us had a field day snapping pix of our predicament. Many of these pix landed on FB pages and other sites that featured schoolgirl upskirts. As for me, this was my first introduction to the fascination out there with panty shots. It all seems pretty ridiculous to me and my friends because you can see a lot more bare flesh just going to the beach.
