Oysters - vile, gooey, snot-like bivalves...

@sciguy18 made me actually laugh out loud .
Now Brother battered and fried by someone who knows what to do with them ,and the right kind of oyster too (not farm raised or in brackish water )
I have been known to change a few minds about oysters and mullet .
But I grew up steaming and shucking oysters and for the old timers I would eat one and act like I loved them ,but I didn't
But roasted on a sheet of tin on an open fire ,or battered and fried .bad to the bone .
The bad thing about changing peoples opinions about oysters is once they like them ,,that leaves less for me
But my ex wives would stand in agreement with you ,one wouldn't even kiss me after I started eating oysters
