Are "blue balls" a real thing ?

i mean obviously not literally.. but are men hurting if they dont ...

Yes, very much a real thing.

Imagine if you will, a swift kick to the vagina. Now think about that dull throbbing ache, you feel a little sick, and movement is unpleasant.

That's pretty much blue balls, except it lasts a lot longer.

Blue balls is a very real condition.

Even man-hating Cosmopolitan admits it and the pain can vary from mild discomfort to a very similar feeling to being kicked in the balls, in some cases worse.
