@Horsepower first thing i do before a workout as well, i can push myself harder, it makes my muscles almost tickle if i dont

I take my tincture first on accounta the chronic daily pain @xSharp. For those of us who it doesn't deep-set in the couch, it's a life-saver. I work out late afternoon/evening btw lol. No pot in the am unless I'm a level ten pain wise.

@Horsepower yup, at that weight all i do is eat and its so hard to stay hydrated, its just a total metabolic burden for me and that is other peoples average weight.

its also difficult to force feed the necessary calories based on my bmi as is

BMI doesn't take into account whether you're a person who's got 25% body fat or 25% muscle. Its "deceptive" because it would call a bodybuilder overweight, and it couldn't explain someone who doesn't weigh very much but has a high percentage of fat on their frame. I think I said that right. Not sure if it makes sense.

@KayraJordyn yeah i knew that, after a fast and a cleanse, i dont drink any water for a day or so until my water weight drops and i feel dehydrated, then i calculate, i dont know if that makes a difference but thats how i did it. does doing all that help at all?

@FCNantes@KayraJordyn bummer, the equation took into account wrist, forearm , waist, thigh and midsection width, stuff like that, i figured that was to gauge areas with a larger accumulation of fat, was that incorrect? if so why bother calling for those measurements?
