I don't understand how I can remember

Ha ha, I know that feeling well. The other day, four times I headed upstairs to get some batteries for a torch and four times I got distracted and ended up coming down without them.

LOL!! yea.. i lost my car in the parking lot tonight with like only 10 other cars LOL. walked about the parking lot for like 5 mins.

I'm starting to think I need to write down my every thought, so I won't forget 30 seconds later. I'm glad I'm not the only one!

Anyone know if there have been tests run to seek which sex has the better memory retention? Men, or Women?
