I still don't own a vehicle, and I don't really want one.

I love to drive, and I get to do so occasionally, but to be honest, I've grown rather used to not owning a vehicle. As much as I enjoy that freedom of the open road, I don't like the idea of paying the hefty bills that come along with all that, and glad to be free of that, so I've just avoided getting one.
If I need to get around, I can walk, ride a bike, get a ride with someone, hitch hike, take a bus... *shrug* It's never really phased me, even having moved out into the sticks.

I live in a big city and don't own a car. The cost of parking a car here is in the hundreds of dollars and that seems like a waste to me. I can get around where I need to go on public transit and when I do need a car it is cheaper and easier to rent one from a place that is literally down the block from me.
