It's not a joke but I couldn't stop laughing when I heard it
you probably wouldn't even smile but...
in the mid to late 70's the investigation into the serial killer son of sam had the officers in a bind
a psychological profile was set up
they figured he was a certain age and probably impotent et cetera
reports came flooding in-100's of reports from women in the area, giving up their impotent husbands and boyfriends as the suspect
and they had to deal with that
it kept them back from persuing the real suspect
