Anyone else

I cant do anyhing at all on my own. Talkin on the phone,payin for my own things,shoppin,askin for help. I feel stuck in my own body. Im literally housebound. As i get older it seems to get worst. The only time im comfortable is when im at home. The only thing i can actuali do well and im confident is baking. Otherwise i cant do anythin. Ive been embarassed in alot of social situations due to my poor self esteem and im very clumsy. I dnt know what to do sometimes.
