Is it embarrassing to have a fake Christmas tree?

Is it like a shameful act or is it acceptable in society? People at work were like “real trees only!” “The smell is vital!” and I was afraid to admit I had a fake one in the basement. @sciguy18 Yes, I'd rather have a real tree but my sinuses don't like them and it's just not worth having a headache that lasts 2 months. I get enough of that from women who don't know when to stop applying perfume. Hint: If you can smell it you're wearing too much.
