If you have Crohn's, always carry extra clothing with you. And wipes.
Do as Litany says. Go clean up and tell your supervisor you have to go home. I am thinking you are in public and not at home. People understand. Next time you will be more prepared. There should be no shame in bodily functions.

@PoetryNEmotion Especially in an emergency situation like that. Had an elderly customer who had a catheter or something break and stale piss went everywhere. No sense in letting it stay like that or have an elderly person struggle alone, so got right to work. The key is not letting it sit.
