Diapered by child

I was babysitting a little girl and when I went to use the bathroom she was inside already. Cutting it short I had an accident waiting for her to get out and she thought I was playing baby so she told me to lay done (which I did for fear of her telling people) and she put a cloth diaper on me. later on she forgot about the game so now I have a cloth diaper and Im stuck sitting her for another two weeks, what do I do?
