i like raw mozzarella but i also like nuking some Mozza on aplate with pizza toppings on it

I do the same with fresh soft mozzarella. I slice it up like a capreze salad and warm it up for a few moments.

@FleshLIfe Well that's a whole other type of mold right there. I'm not really sure. I've only done cottage, mozzarella, cream cheese and provalone.
