put phone for charge... plugged the charger,after 3 hours i found i forgot to turn on the switch...🤦🏻‍♀

I'm always doing that with morning coffee. Put the coffee and water in the coffeemaker and then forget to turn it on. Such a disappointment when I walk back into the kitchen for that first, best cup and.... no coffee.
