Do you think I make a good tart?!

thought my little worker deserved a sweet treat when she got home from work, and I was too tired to be sweet by then! Hehehe made it with puff pastry, Bramley apples, raspberries, brambles, cranberries, strawberries, honey, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon, baked for 30 mins mmmmmmm yummy with nice, thick, cool cream! Oh my, I want a slice now!

I thought that might have been it. looks good though, I personally like them cooked a bit less but I know some people who will only eat stuff like this when it is so burnt it is just basically ash lol.. matter of taste I suppose
