@Strawberrymilk They can do it very realistically these days. It's back in the time of the saline implants that breast augmentation looked fake. Now with fat grafting and stemm cell techniques they are just as much of your body as any other body part. Women who had a mastectomy for example can be given fully reconstructed breasts with fat tissue from the stomach.

Well...fake is due to poorly done procedures, scars in obvious places, and trying to go up too many sizes.
The ripple on huge fake breasts (seen in some porn stars) is due to trying to squeeze a DD or more into too little extant tissue. The silicone sacs for even saline solution will ripple, right?
The "twig with 2 huge balloons" effect is due to this attempt to over-endow one's bust. [No need to even discuss the use of silicone strands to make huge basketball tits...not legal here, I understand...]
There is musculature in breasts...they are not jyst fat sacks. I knew someone who had reconstruction using muscle tissue connected to her back...not trivial and non-zero healing time.
