It has always been difficult for me. You are told you grow out of it and i am growing but still...

I hate the words shy/introvert, etc. Think of yourself as a caring, thinking, caucious person. People who have those qualities are highly intelligent. You just think more deeply than others. Labels suck...don't knock yourself down anymore.

You do not "grow out of it". You may learn to handle it better, but it's always there.
