I accidentally ordered the same thing on separate occasions. In my defense the colours looked like different shades at the time. I was so in love with it that I was just happy to find a different shade in the same thing. Then it hit me it's the exact same colour, by then it was too late to cancel the order. Returning or exchanging it would end up costing more than just keeping it and wearing them for different occasions, but it'll look like I'm wearing the exact same thing.
