This was years ago around covid

One time I was in the shower and the landlord had a guy come into my apartment and told me to get out. I told him I would but my towel and cloths were outside the bathroom on my dresser. I forgot to bring my towel in the shower. He literally tried to open the door while I was nude. I shouted at him to get out of my apartment. He had no reason to be there. And he left. I wasn't done in the shower when the landlord then called me screaming at me saying that I needed to get out of the shower. I asked why. He said there was a flood downstairs. But there was no water on the floor. I was pissed and he came in and found nothing wrong. Then a few days later my bf was in bed with me. And I had the chain on my door. The same man busted open my door without knocking. We sat up and said WTF. Then he started to fake apologize saying there was a flood downstairs. We were sleeping. The shower wasn't even on. And then we got tf out that apartment complex. I feel like what he did was illegal.

That's hideous. There is literally no excuse for that. That's not a landlord, that's a prison officer. You did right to get out of there.

Ive got a gun
Um, this sounds frightening and isn't okay at all. They can't break in without having solid concerns to or without any prior notice. That's unauthorised trespassing. I'd immediately report this. Stay safe💙

It was illegal. They have to give you 24-48 hours notice before coming in.
