Ever heard of the 'orange peel theory' that women use to 'test' men ?

Never heard of this one until just today in a youtube 'short video'...

The "orange peel theory" is a viral trend that uses small acts of service, like peeling an orange for a partner, to gauge the health of a relationship. It suggests that a partner's willingness to perform mundane tasks for you, even when you could do them yourself, shows a deep level of care, attention, and willingness to be supportive. The theory is rooted in the idea that these small, thoughtful actions build a foundation of safety and connection, but some experts caution against using it as a rigid test and instead encourage direct communication about needs.

Like wtf? This is just dumb.

Women seem to be stuck in about middle school/jr high school in terms of communication abilities.

They believe strongly in a complex theory of "signals" and in reading as much as possible into everything, including rehashing minutiæ with other Y-chromosome-less beings who are also indoctrinated into this theory of non-communication.

They are often unable to simply be direct.
