Abnormally young life moments.

So i still dont 'know' but the first steps yesterday was less than a year old daughter. Pretty unheard of. Yet its happened younger than that. The following example is very hard for me even still. My first set of triplets were three dark-skinned boys in Arbor hill. All three of them alledgedly walked immediately after birth. I wasnt there wouldnt know. Somewhere around 7 years old. .All three were murdered by armor piercing bullets on livingston Avenue. The decommisioned officer that used the armor piercing bullets was never charged. Those three sons were a gentic match of kane abel and the other one. So how young is too abnormal to have self locomotion? Birth, half a year, in womb? Help a brother out! And i dont know anything.
