All the pedos I've met were straight-laced middle-aged male land-owners (originally I said "white men", but I know at least one black one as well). In the Netherlands some families do child-swapping, and soliciting child-prostitution is a slap on the wrist. But the drug-trade is big out there, so I suppose it's just where people go to be shit.
