If nothing is wrong, is nothing right? If opposition exists, someone is getting outed. Is this nature?

Why don’t I understand society? Like I get how it works. I pay attention. I took extra Sociology in college I found it fascinating.

But I don’t understand how not conforming to standards is shameful. And if you don’t conform, people dgaf about you. Your voice is invalid. Who made these standards? Nature has its laws, I try to understand, but I can’t.

Why is superficial so attractive? Perfection? Ugh I don’t get it.

there's a lot of questions here, but i can assure you that not conforming is beautiful ✨ of course you have to know when to conform in order to survive, but rage against the machine every chance you get, i say.

Soooooooo much I could say about this, just so much. I have learned more from the nonconformists of this world than from the conformists.

Nonconformity brings one face to face with the road not, or at least less traveled and while that road may not always be of my liking, it does make me pause, think, and take steps (albeit sometimes tentatively) on its path and learn.

Mainstream social media has unfortunately made the whole “conformity” thing 100x worse. The world basically started going to real shit after Facebook and the like became available on everyone’s phones 24x7x365, turning most people into mentally and emotionally damaged conformity zombies.
