Knocked out

When I was 28 I was visiting my OH relatives, her cousins and her aunts were at the home. One of her cousins was a lot younger than us, he was like 10 or 11. He was there with is friend who was same age as them and they were practising karate. So I put on the armor and decided to have a spar with the little guy as he was new to the karate. After I got on the body armor and the helmet, which had a gap at the jaw, about 10 seconds later, he hit me right on the jaw with an open hand and I was out like a light. I tried to find some excuses but couldn't come up with any.

OH well! Evidently you survived your uncoerced "spar" with a 10 or 11 year old.

@Piper Wasn't a good move on my part huh?

@Wol62 Apparently not. Perhaps it should soothe your still bruised ego some, knowing it would have been far worse if you as grown man...had inadvertently knocked out a little kid.

@Piper Oh, well we were sparring there was no contact, I just walked into an open handed slap from him.

@Wol62 Soooo...you decided to have a spar with the "little guy", "walked into" an open handed slap, got knocked out, and you're still fuming over it and calling the kid a brat. Is that about right?
Wol62 · 51-55, M
@Piper Welll, I would not put it quite like that...

@Wol62 I didn't expect you would, yet that is just how you've presented it with your own words...minus the word "fuming".
