Are you good with names?

When you encounter someone you know but you haven't seen them in quite a while, do you struggle to remember their names?

I am good at remembering names, but I am amazed at my wife's ability to remember names of people who were patients of the medical practice where she worked. It might have been 20 years ago, but she remembers their names and their medical issues.
