Are the pupils in the photo not allowed to go in barefeet indoors if they wished?

originnone · 61-69, M
kind of new at this, huh?
Boyinbarefeet · 61-69, M
@originnone just take a deep breathe and enjoy the banter which people like myself write. At school did you Sir in the photo do PE in Barefeet, shorts and no top and walked if you forgot or did you enjoy running around barefoot in PE or made to wear sweaty trainers. Nice to see a new face. God bless.

Which photo? I did all my physical education indoors in bare feet and sometimes outdoors i was barefoot.

@Ross19 Hi Ross, I cannot understand why you don't see the photo I see of five primary school kids fully closed in mufti and all in trainers looking pretty miserable.

@Boyinbarefeet Ahh yes i can see now, think its because I'm on mobile.

I don't think that they are wearing anything appropriate for PE and on that polished gym floor they should be at least barefoot

@Ross19 Hi Ross, thanks for replying. it was very courteous of you. They certainly were not and should have been barefoot. Did you enjoy PE and barefeet or trainers. I leave the choice to the lads. [teach in a all boys school]. I teach that way and all the pupils see the benefits as we have a great floor and as a boarding housemaster allowing the lads to be barefoot from school finishes if they wish. They say who needs them and the thought of carrying them all day. To the few in trainers, they say, "wise up mate, are you not happy, try it."

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout Surely at Primary school level in the photo pupils or God's children are encouraged to go in barefeet. Much better for them and recommended by PE inspectorate. Which country are you in.

Don't know where you are
But in Great Britain the answer would be No as it would be a health & Safety issue
If you are trying to sound like a creepy pedofile then you're nailing it 😒

@SStarfish Absolutely not. I am a caring PE HOD and interested in other views incase I am out of step. I hope you would changed your attitude to me. As a child I was abused by teachers and they are now behind bars. I find it offensive when people take an attitude as you have. I was sincere in writing Starfish.
