Are the pupils in the photo not allowed to go in barefeet indoors if they wished?

@originnone just take a deep breathe and enjoy the banter which people like myself write. At school did you Sir in the photo do PE in Barefeet, shorts and no top and walked if you forgot or did you enjoy running around barefoot in PE or made to wear sweaty trainers.
