What kind of home were you raised in? [I Love to Learn]

Dad is a liberal professor and both parents are active liberals. I am the same. My car is full of liberal bumper stickers but I do not live in hostile territory. What about you?

My father was a small businessman, and my mother was a secretary. It was a fairly conservative home, but my father was well-read and encouraged free thought and was open to more liberal ideas.
