Why can't you have a "normal" conversation?

I have a hard time expressing myself without feeling the need to overthink, and overshare. On top of that I’m just plain awkward, and a bit shy in social settings. So I often bite my tongue and hold back from saying some/most of my thoughts.

I have many normal conversations daily with a large volume of individuals...it's just how my days go

Comments that have a beginning a middle an end and a point are nice.

I can with some people, ie friends , fam.

Everyone else is just clumpsy and I always ends up speaking at the same time they wanted to speak. Or we both get silent for too long.

Because my "normal" is trauma dumping on random people and ask them about their own trauma..
