KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high-level administrative, governance and operational support to the Dantia Management Team to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
Support the effective and efficient management of board and committee papers and reports.
Assisting with marketing and communication campaigns, policy reviews, and coordinating meeting agendas, and minutes.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED
Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience.
Well-developed time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and resolve issues confidentially and collaboratively.
Experience in coordinating meetings, board paper preparation and minute-taking with strong attention to detail; and
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; and
Basic design skills in PowerPoint to create visually appealing presentations and reports for the Management team.

Key Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field obtained within the last three (3) years or will be completed by prior to the start of the Graduate program.
Demonstrated experience role modelling a positive safety culture and adherence to the Health Safety Management Systems through visible leadership and exercising due diligence and management of compliance and legislative obligations.
Current Queensland C Class Driver’s Licence.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and build strong working relationships.
Sound time management skills including the ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work, achieve set and agreed performance and service standards and meet deadlines.
Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products.
