My very unmotivated nephew wants to go to college

I told him it’s bad idea. He is a C student in high school and has no clue what he wants to do with himself. I told him he needs to get a job and figure it out. His parents are not too happy with me. Am I wrong?

@DunningKruger That might be true but if he’s not studying in high school I doubt he’ll study in a trade school. I think the best medicine for no motivation is a shitty job..
