Do you think i need some kind of medicines or i can fix this on my own?

I do a lot of things during my day, i start with yoga when i first wake up, then go cycling to college( it takes me 1h to get there so 2h a day of cycling) then i go to gym at college around 10 am , then after i finish classes I go skating and before i sleep i workout (diff kind of push-ups and abs workout)
BUT i can't focus on mental things like studying or reading or drawing ( tho i really want to draw again) i need to keep moving. Jumping from this place to that, talking to someone at uni then someone outside of it.
When i want to draw or read i keep taking breaks every 20 mins to move around.

It's getting really tiring, i kinda feel burnt out but i keep want to do stuff. It's like I'm tired but can't get tired

Have you ever been tested for ADHD?

Or consume food or sodas with Aspartame in it? Because that stuff is not good for you. Affects in some people are similar to ADHD.

Do you have at least 2 eggs in your diet and one or 2 bananas?

I read somewhere that the brain recalls the first and last 10 minutes of what ever you study so you should keep the study session small. 20 to 30 minutes. Do something physical for 20 minutes then go back to study again.

@Hassan You sound way to energetic for a Vegan... I don't mean to be indelicate but if your single you may need a partner? That can help you blow off some steam, as it were.

@Thevy29 yes I'm single. I'm doing celibacy. I wasn't like that before. I'm few months away from making it to 2 years of celibacy. So it could be
