Do you think i need some kind of medicines or i can fix this on my own?
I do a lot of things during my day, i start with yoga when i first wake up, then go cycling to college( it takes me 1h to get there so 2h a day of cycling) then i go to gym at college around 10 am , then after i finish classes I go skating and before i sleep i workout (diff kind of push-ups and abs workout)
BUT i can't focus on mental things like studying or reading or drawing ( tho i really want to draw again) i need to keep moving. Jumping from this place to that, talking to someone at uni then someone outside of it.
When i want to draw or read i keep taking breaks every 20 mins to move around.
It's getting really tiring, i kinda feel burnt out but i keep want to do stuff. It's like I'm tired but can't get tired
