NO WAY, Why should the tax payers and hard working factory workers, office workers, Walmart workers pay some one else education
Ryannnnnn · 31-35, M
@nedkelly Because the next generation won't have to and it's a nice thing to do..this generation wouldn't be working in walmart if they didn't have to pay for expensive education. This is why nothing changes, because of selfishness. GDP also increases with higher skilled people, country makes more money, taxes lower.

@Ryannnnnn all loan forgiveness encourages is more borrowing

@nedkelly Because without an educated class or engineers, doctors, economists, managers, you can say good bye to offices, Walmart and factories.

Back to cultivating the ground, while China and India overtake the west as the leading economies. Look how brain drain "benefited" the countries that experienced it over the previous century.

@Elessar I just read that we're going to take in the educated Russians to do those jobs.
Elessar · 26-30, M
@Tastyfrzz Eh, that might even work. Anyone with a functioning brain living over there has escaped or is in the process of escaping already, I guess.
