Incompetence in the realm of shagging is not rare.

Would sexual technique not be a more useful part of the National Curriculum than, say, geography or bible studies, neither of which seems to greatly preoccupy young men outside the confines of the classroom?

Yes it should - IMO
Parents and teachers expalin and teach the "mechanics" but the technique is what makes for successful relationships and pro-creation.
I was lucky that I was taken in hand by an older lady one summer as a teen!

Teachers have difficulty forming relationships. A lot are single and lonely. They are not the best people to talk about relationships.

The thoughts of senior management having sex, makes my stomach churn.

It is best if a couple work things out for themselves. It’s part of the fun of life.

I only came across too good sex education lessons in forty years.. one was given on sexually transmitted diseases, by a guy from the local clinic. He seems to spend a lot of time discussing clamydea and genital warts. After the session he spent a lot of time talking to one of the teachers. whom he obviously knew quite well.

The other was conducted by a couple of middle aged midwives concerning contraception.
When asked about flavoured condoms, they replied, ‘so you can suck them’.
The thoughts of these two ladies sucking flavoured condoms put me off my tea. I was going to have sausages😙

It might have been very useful when i was that age. I was even more fortunate in technique lessons when i met a postgraduate student in my first year at university. She taught me a great deal and gave me a lot of practice!

@SchoolBelle I wouldn't dare to imply anything. But might ask some leading questions 😃
Either way young Mr Byres was a very lucky student, and is the envy of many.
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@kdma1l Very unconvincing.
kdma1l · 51-55, M
@SchoolBelle What do you think was being implied?
peterlee · M
We all respond differently.

Taking care of our partner’s needs.
In my case it’s part of making a woman feel good about herself.

What matters is that it is meaningful, not mechanical.

In a world where there is growing concern over the fertility rate I agree that the shaming of the human body and sex needs be eliminated. Confusing reproduction and physical pleasure is crazy. Why should religion be restricting pleasure? Religion is a nebulous subject that is best left to adults to hash through. Morals and ethics obviousl are desired in society but at present we don't even have gun training. Corruption, misogyny, racism, homophobia, and transphobia are rampant. If these were eliminated would maga have even emerged? It seems insane to attend weekly regligious sessions to hear stories of dubious accuracy that were written by bronze age authors. All of this education needs to be revamped and be independent of religion. Does shame really exist or is it just a construct. Do men understand that women take longer to achieve an orgasm? Do governments understand that kids cost money? Just saying you have to have them is not enough.

@Tastyfrzz I'd like to give you Best for so many words but I simply can't make any sense of them.

I had an older woman take an interest in me as a teen. I learned a lot from her.
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@Crazywaterspring A relative?
kdma1l · 51-55, M
@Crazywaterspring please tell us more!
Degbeme · 70-79, M
From what I`ve heard and read over the years, I think it might be a solid idea.
hippyjoe1955 · 70-79, M
It might be if there were only one sexual desire by the opposite sex. However since one likes it this way and another likes it that way and there are millions of variations in between.....
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@hippyjoe1955 You described sex as a struggle. You then stated that you never described sex as a struggle.

And I didn't hear a cock crow, even once.
hippyjoe1955 · 70-79, M
@SchoolBelle Have you ever had sex? Serious question. you sound like some dude who has never loved a woman.
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@hippyjoe1955 😂😂😂😂😂

You think that's a serious question, you're more confused than I thought.
Jacko1971 · 51-55, M
Sounds like a good idea. I think they should get models in to demonstrate.
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@Jacko1971 🤔 I wonder.
Jacko1971 · 51-55, M
@SchoolBelle would you allow touching?
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@Jacko1971 Between the parents? Of course!

Not for the children.

As a normal,very horny teen boy,I'd often imagine how I'd learn to do it right with a girl,thoughts of not wanting to fail,or not please,filled my head back then...maybe a Free voucher to visit a prostitute on my 16th birthday would have been a good Idea 😋..
But I guess girls worried too about having sex,how to perform blow Jobs etc..or if they were going to be talked about for doing sexual acts between a partners friend group...

@SchoolBelle If you are happy with the world control hoax's, enjoy.
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@Wireman Exactly which world control hoax would that be?

I have been told about so many, I have lost count.

Why people have sex: because it feels good, and brings people together, is not taught as part of sex ed in schools. But it should, and that includes how to make it fool good.

Teachers find it difficult to find partners. Many are lonely and single. Not the best people to discuss relationships.

Work it out in the relationship you are in. It’s part of the fun of life.

Huh????
KiwiBird · 36-40, F
The Welsh could be excused. They have their 🐑 🐏 🐑
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@KiwiBird It is, I believe, an altogether different technique which is now, in the age of internet agri-porn, dying out.

It is no coincidence that the intimidating prowess of the Welsh rugby pack has declined in exact proportion to the level of convictions in Welsh magistrates courts for ovine sexual assault.

The Lion lay down with the lamb was, originally, a headline in the North Aukland Herald, above a story about certain Welsh forwards becoming overfamiliar with the native breeds, during the 1977 tour.

These days, the Lions don't bother to take any Welsh scrummers.

@KiwiBird No doubt they will take full revenge for the violation of those tender lambs so many years ago - and for the right trouncing England gave them last weekend.

You can see why they chose to end their visit to the Home Islands in Wales. A guaranteed, if cheap, win. 😄

Government should send everyone a pamphlet!
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@Thrust And a condom.
RosaMarie · 46-50, F
I would pay to watch the faces of the Bible thumpers when they are informed that Bible study will be replaced when advanced sex ed.
RosaMarie · 46-50, F
@SchoolBelle Why would I stand in the way of God's will?
SchoolBelle · 61-69, F
@RosaMarie 😂😂 excellent attitude!
