I work 3pm to 7am shifts and i love them. Hardest thing is having a normal sleep schedule and having a schedule like most others. The world rotates for people who get up very early

I preferred day shifts until my later years when I preferred night shifts. Working nights made me very tired but it gave me time to spread my work out, sit and watch tv and even get maybe an hours shut eye myself. I loved working nights when I was working with someone I liked but I hated doing them when I was on my own or with someone who wouldn’t talk to me.

Nights work better for me personally.
I can't see clients but I can catch up on paperwork and detail plan for the coming week allowing me time to formulate exactly what I need from fellow professionals in different fields.

Nights. Fewer clueless bosses in the way and I have days to do important things.

Nights are better. Especially if you only work (3) 12-hour night shifts per week.

I start early, and I can end early enough if I want to still enjoy the day

I'd never work nights bc it seriously upsets ur circadian rhythm and predisposes u to cancer.
