This is probably a really dumb question about evolution (and forgive me if it is) but

How come some animals haven't evolved since dinosaur times?

Like crocodiles and horseshoe crabs? (I think) ?

They probably have we just have not noticed the tiny changes , takes millions of years to dramatically change something.
