Who wants to raise an elephant?

Yes please! If I can ever afford it I would love to spend a couple weeks helping out at an elephant sanctuary. 💜💜

I know that it is in that general area.

And these astonishing (group of) people, they are literally elephant stewards. That is their 'destiny ' and greatest love.

I watched on (Netflix?) the life of a couple whose profound responsibility was taking care of baby elephants....

That was also a love story,
because it was a second marriage for this particular couple.

Granted, where I live, that sort of thing is frowned upon

I love elephants. They're incredible beings in so many ways.

Elephants are the best. Raise a thousand. Put them in armor.

It's hard to imagine elephants not loving being ridden into battle. Slamming their trunks into puny humans. Stomping on knights on horses. Squashing humans by the score under their feet and dropping a big dump onto their cannons.
