how i deal with my teenager cousin?

He is 13 but he is getting himself into some stuff in the internet like the dark web and drugs and hackering. it's disturbing really. He hacked many accounts and his parents are not even aware of what he is doing in the internet.
PS: they give so much freedom cause he's battling cancer, but still once he gets better things are not going to be pretty.
Any advice?

He has cancer leave him alone. That's my opinion.

My son who wasn't ill did a bit of hacking as a kid, age 13, he told me. I said "where's the memory stick. He said "I threw it down the drain" I said "well don't worry about it then and don't do it again"

He 20 now he works fixing Lorries and does a bit Forex trading in his spare time.

He would cut all his schools computer systems out whenever he was in trouble so they couldn't write on his record. If people annoyed him online he crashed there routers and set fire to one of them. He wrote mods for games and got banned from Xbox repeatedly. He wrote a few viruses. He hacked loads of Facebook profiles.

My point it kids now need to learn computers more than ever, it doesn't always lead to hacking NASA and being raided by the FBI. Mostly it's pretty harmless.

Let your cousin who has cancer have some normal semblance of modern childhood.

And if the worst comes to the worst as already said 馃敤 or馃敟 馃し

I think its sort of normal. Let him have some normal.

@KaiserSolze So your kid had no moral compass growing up?

@Frank52 His moral compass is very good.

@KaiserSolze Because someone else gave him that? With respect, you seem to have allowed quite a lot of behaviour to go unchallenged which might have led him to believe it was acceptable in mainstream society.

@Frank52 LOL i do not care for mainstream society. I have to live in it and tolerate it but I do not care for it.

Also you assume his behaviour went unchallenged.

I said he did these things. I didn't say they all went unchallenged.
