Better Business Bureau is the place to start if you live in the United States. They have an online complaint form. If, after the BBB notifies the company of your complaint, the company does not partially reimburse or fully reimburse, depending on level of service provided, ie phone not working at all or phone not picking up signals well because of no towers, then you contact the office of the attorney general in your state and let his or her representative know what has been going on, and file a complaint with them also.

I have 1000 questions.

1) they won't charge you unless you agreed to their terms of service saying so.

2) I need more details regarding what happened.

But based on what i understand, you have no option but to pay up and talk to their customer service to terminate your contract with them.

I have been liaising with the company they keep telling me they will fix the issues in 7 days and you go back cuz it hasn’t fixed and ask them and they will tell you will give u refund of 10 pound and will be fixed by 7 days @midnightsun
They have charged you for a service which they didn't provide! Tell them to go and sing for their money or face your litigation in a small claims court!!

Have you called and complained? Have they done anything to fix it? Have you reported them to the better business bureau?( united states..not sure where you are from)

Also there are some news stations who have investigative journalists who will help you expose the company for not assisting you in fixing the problem and still charging you for service that doesn't work.
